Settings Stored on Your Device

A Little Beat stores your metronome preferences on your device using the app's local storage. These preferences include BPM, whether you have seen the tutorial, feedback mode, vibration strength, visual mode, time signature, and palette. The app code reviewed for version 1.0.0 does not upload these settings to a developer server.

Accounts, Ads, Analytics, and Purchases

A Little Beat has no user account or login system in the app code reviewed for version 1.0.0. The reviewed app dependencies and source code do not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or app tracking permission requests.

A Little Beat is distributed as a one-time paid download. Purchase, download, refund, App Store account, and Apple device diagnostic activity is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

Sound, Haptics, and Device Settings

A Little Beat uses device capabilities such as audio playback, visual display, and haptic feedback to provide metronome cues. These features are controlled by your device settings. The reviewed app configuration does not include camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, Bluetooth, notification, or tracking permission prompts.

Backups and Device Behavior

Device backups or operating-system behavior may be outside A Little Beat's direct control where applicable. Please review your device and cloud backup settings if you choose to back up app data.

Third-Party Frameworks

A Little Beat is built with Expo and React Native, and uses app modules for local storage, audio playback, haptics, routing, splash screen, assets, system UI, and related app functionality. The reviewed app source does not make direct network requests.
